2 Months Old!

Hadley had her 2 month check up today and did great (despite a few sad tears from the shots)! We are so blessed to have such a happy, healthy, beautiful baby girl...which we never want to take for granted. She weighed in at a whopping 12 lbs (75th percentile for girls her age), and was 23.5 inches long (80th percentile). She is growing just perfectly - Dr. Dernbach was really happy with how she is doing. She also commented how Hadley seems to have a very calm demeanor (while still being very wiggly and active) - all things we knew already, but still fun to hear! Some things Hadley is doing at this stage of life: smiles at us, tracks things with her eyes, responds to noises, "coos" at us, lifts her head up when on her tummy or on our chest, and (her latest trick) she can suck on her lower lip (pretty funny!). She is growing so fast! She is also sleeping through the night anywhere from 6-10 hours straight - she has done this as long as we have let her!
